How will I be paid for my vehicle?

Why can't I have cash for my car?
It is not the custom of ‘We Buy All Carz’ to carry large quantities of money on our premises. So for security purposes we will only make payments via cheque. |
What happens if I have outstanding finance on my car?
As part of the transaction process we at “We Buy All Carz” will settle all outstanding finance on your vehicle. Due to ‘Data protection’ laws you may have to obtain your settlement in writing on our behalf.
However, if you wish to settle the outstanding balance by yourself, then we will need a written confirmation of the payment in full from your finance company before our payment is given.
If you owe more on your finance than the guide price given from us for your vehicle, then you will need to pay us the balance prior to the sale of your car. |
What would happen if I do not have a V5 registration document?
By law we at “We Buy All Carz” would need the original V5 document and it must be registered in your own name and address.
In the case of loss, damages or any other circumstances that would prohibit you obtaining this particular document then you would need to go to the DVLA’s website and download a V62 form or alternatively you can pick one up from your local post office.
Once completed you will need to send the form and enclose the £25 fee to DVLA, Swansea, SA99 1AR. Alternatively you can call the DVLA and make the payment over the phone on 0300 790 6802.
A new V5 document will be issued to you within 3-4 weeks. Once you receive this document we will be able to continue with all procedures.

How do you value my car?
All cars undergo industry standard checks that are based on the questions that we have asked. As a result an estimate then confirmation is given. (Confirmation of guide price will only be given base on seeing the vehicle ourself).

Will you buy an imported car?
Yes, we will consider buying all imported vehicles but we will need to know where the car has been imported from. So please specify that information in the “Any other details” section of the online form. |

Word of mouth is a great way of advertising our website to new customers. As it generates new interest to the business which in turn can lead to new purchase.
On completion of your car purchase we at “We Buy All Carz” will given you a voucher that you can then past on to your friends and families.
